Entries for our August 31st race meeting are now open!

Head to the ‘Racing’ tab on our site and click ‘Enter Race Meeting’ .

Select meeting (August 31st) and fill in the required information. Due to our Results System, zero (0) cannot be used as a race number and two digit numbers cannot start with a zero eg ’05’. 

Kartsport SA offers both cash payment or bank transfer for the race entry fee of $25. Bank transfer is preferred.  

A redirect to the AKRA website will take place after terms and conditions have been accepted. There the remaining $25 required to cover your day license and insurance will be required.

Please print a copy of these transactions ($25 entry via bank transfer and $25 license and insurance AKRA payment) and present them at sign on. If cash payment for entry is made on the day only the AKRA transaction copy will be required.

Well that’s another meeting run and done! 😁

Running in reverse direction was extremely well received. Many karters had forgotten just how awesome the Barossa track is in reverse! We had a heap of brand new karters out there on Saturday (they just keep coming 😮) and after 4 meetings we are averaging 67 entries per meeting! Well above the average we thought we’d get when we set this whole thing into motion. So with that said, a BIG thanks to all the karters, family and friendsthat have supported us so far.

Probably the one thing we heard most from people at the February 2nd race meeting (besides how ******* hot is it 😂) was when is the next Kartsport SA race meeting?

Now we wanted to do something different this time so we asked the club if we could put in jumps? They said no. Rings of fire? Nope. Laser beams? NO!

What about running the track in reverse? Sure thing!

That’s right people, reverse direction racing returns to the Barossa Go Kart Club on Saturday March 23rd 2019. The track is wicked fun to drive in the opposite direction so this meeting is one not to be missed!
